SEMIAUTOMATIC MACHINES FOR SMALL SCALE AND LABORATORY PRODUCTION
ATLAS 1 is provided with S/S 304 frame and base, and all the materials in contact with the product are made of S/S 316 or FDA compliance sealings.
This machine works in semi-automatic mode. The operator manually positions the cans under the operating heads and after pressing START the machine automatically runs the cycle.
The Crimping head can be adjusted for diameter and height very easily in order to respect the customer’s requirements.
The filling circuit can be cleaned by connecting a Clean in Place (CIP) unit.
