Cleaning-in-place System

BOV filling machines are suitable for many different applications: nasal spray, suncream, shaving gel, edible oil and ointment.

In Cosmar BOV filling machines the Cleaning-in place system is managed by an automatic procedure to clean the entire circuit.

The pre-rinse and rinse programs can be used to clean from the dosing unit to the filling head.

Fake cans are provided to recirculate or drain the cleaning solution into a secure tank.
