PLACING TECHNOLOGY
ROBOT AUTOMATIC MULTICOMPONENT PLACING MACHINE
VIRGO PLUS can be equipped with 2 SCARA ROBOTS able to make high speed movement for components placing.
The maximum speed achieved is 60 cpm with single placing heads.
All the settings, including movement and speed, are set by an easy and VIRGO PLUS is provided with 18 positions and can be installed in line in all types of conveyors, even in existing layout.
The machine has a strong base to be steady during the high acceleration movements.
The robots are able to rotate and mount all the types of components, actuators, caps, and can be equipped with vision system to rotate the components according to the cans position.
This machine doesn’t need any height adjustments as the robots are controlled by the selected recipe according to the type of cans.
