Our new filling line is composed with:
MR
Is an automatic multiple indexing rotary aerosol filling machine, suitable for all types of aerosol products. This machine is designed to reach 80 cpm, and can be equipped with 24 or 28 pockets.
Inside there is a BOV system suitable for liquid and viscous products such as gels, creams, and ointments. It is used for cosmetics, pharma and food products.
MG
is a multiple indexing rotary aerosol machine suitable for filling all types of aerosol propellants, such as LPG, DME or similar.
It can be equipped with a rotating star wheel with 18, 24 or 28 pockets that can accept cans with up to a maximum diameter of 66 mm in standard configuration, and can also be adapted to gas cartridges filling up to 110 mm, and configured for in-line layout.
The MG machine is provided with precise filling heads to ensure low leakage release during filling. It can be equipped with a universal adapter for filling different types of valves.
Configuration for 50 ml, 100 ml, 300 ml or 400 ml:
– Double indexing to achieve 80 CPM
– Triple indexing to achieve 100 CPM
– Six indexing to achieve 120 CPM
– High-speed rotary unit 250 CPMT
